Most of you are probably not familiar with the name “Vivek Ramaswamy.” He is currently the least-well known Republican presidential primary candidate. But that will undoubtedly change after the first GOP presidential primary debate in August.
Anyone who knows me knows that I’m a total Trump supporter: I’m all in for Trump in 2024. In fact, I believe Trump is the ONLY presidential candidate across all political parties who can restore this country to its position of worldwide prominence and leadership we enjoyed during his first term. But, after listening to Mr. Ramaswamy — the son of immigrants from India — I believe I’ve found the true “future Trump.” Like Trump, he’s a successful, worldwide businessman with an acute awareness of social, economic and foreign policy matters. He is brilliant, articulate and knowledgeable about public- and private-sector issues, both foreign and domestic. He offers a sincere, spontaneous delivery that will enable him to shine at the August debates. And he will undoubtedly be a valuable asset in the next Trump administration. I urge you to learn more about this amazing individual in his quest for high political office.
In my opinion — and in the view of many - our country and Constitution is currently under siege by those advocating Communist ideologies antithetical to the American way of life: culturally, spiritually, economically and educationally. During his first term, Trump exposed and brought to prominence the threats posed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). In fact, historians may well view this feat as one of the most important accomplishments of Trump’s presidency. Over the past thirty years, the CCP has infiltrated this country’s institutions — such as the recent Justice Department arrest of two Chinese nationals accused of running a police operation in New York to silence dissidents — abetted by foreign and domestic actors who hate this country, as well as politicians who are either too greedy or too weak to stand up to this pernicious, existential threat to our way of life.
Only Trump’s America First paradigm can counter this anti-American trend and restore the values and prosperity that has made the United States the greatest country in world history. Many advocates of Trump’s America First manifesto have names like Patel, Ramaswamy, Luna, Reyes, etc. I think it’s ironic and amusing that these first- and second-generation legal immigrants may well be the most likely saviors of our nation. These immigrants have the most profound understanding of and appreciation for the freedoms this country has to offer. By their own accounts, many of these immigrants left their home countries like Cuba, Venezuela, Eastern Europe, etc. to escape the economic carnage and loss of individual liberties imposed under Socialist regimes.
By contrast, it seems our younger generations have little respect for the U.S. Constitution and the freedoms this document bestows. They believe climate change is a more existential threat than the CCP; that instant gratification is a more important value than hard work and freedom; that the government should run our lives and bestow our rights instead of Almighty God; and that the Constitution is an inconvenient document whose amendments can be shredded when conditions suit.
Like many of my conservative ideologues, I believe that Generations X, Y and Z are preoccupied with important issues like abortion rights, gun control and concerns about climate change to the detrimental minimization or utter disregard for such issues as voter integrity, inflation, flagrant governmental over-spending, Biden’s border policies, the threat of China’s impending world dominance and our acknowledged loss of world-wide prestige starting with the administration’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. Perhaps it’s time to raise the voting age to 35! Otherwise, I suggest our younger folks start learning how to speak Mandarin.
There is no problem there.
It clearly states that people who were USA citizens when the Constitution was signed are eligible to be President.
George Washington was a USA citizen in 1787.
He was eligible.
You found that on the highly edited internet must be born to American citizens nice try loser
Anyone else remember “Michael Steele”?
I fell for his con act too.
He might beat Crazy Liz but that is about it.
How about Noooooo.🤨
What you said.🤔
That would make him a citizen not a naturally born citizen.
A fair point. But in 2016, there weren’t any other reasonable alternatives, for me.at least, other than possibly Rand Paul.
But for those who followed Trump he had a decades long history of political philosophy from which he has never wavered.
This cycle, we have Trump and Desantis. But if somehow Vivek emerges as the candidate, he will have my full-throated support.
If that’s the Ugly American attitude you have, then you deserve whatever Democrat gets elected.
I don’t favor turning any more of America into a Hindu dominated nation. They already have their own nation, India.
I’ve seen too many departments at the several large computer comapanies I’ve worked for go from a few Indian engineers, to lots of Indian engineers, to pressuring the last White guys to get out, or laying them off.
Microsoft, IBM, and Google were all built by white Americans but are now headed by Indians. Who prefer other Indians around them.
Indian Americans are the highest paid ethnic group in America. Many countries when they become wealthy import people from poorer countries to do menial labor. The USA used to import Mexicans, Germany imported the Turks, England in the 1960s imported Jamaicans and Pakistanis.
Only America has seen fit to import a new foreign RULING CLASS, a class that considers themselves genetically superior (especially if they are from the Brahmin caste. What cast is your Ramaswarmy from? Most reporters are too dumb or too PC to even ask. So, we don’t know. But I assure you all the Indians who care to know already.
We don’t even really understand the cutlure that is seizing the towering heights.
We already have a VP who is actually 50% Indian (and some lesser percents black and white who LARPS as a Black even though she grew up Hindu).
How’s that working out for us?
Then you deserve Satan as your savior, lord, and president.
You trying to tell me he’s not descended from the Mayflower Ramaswamys???
From what I’ve heard from him, he would be a good person for Trump to bring with him (after sufficient vetting) and then let him grow from there.
Oh, you mean like Mike Pence?
I have listened to Vivek on several occasions, and I like what I hear so far.
In a race where there are no pro life candidates to choose from, I do the best I can. That’s not a lie.
According to the prevaling NBC buffoonery around here, neither was Trump. Since his mother was born in Scotland.
I wish the NBC kooks would read US and Constitional Law and shut up on things they don't know.
Are you a US citizen? Then you are eligible to run for president.
Right, it’s obvious - babies born of illegal aliens, foreign nationals, diplomats etc are not American citizens.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Really? Gee, I wish I’d known that. Otherwise I’d have never voted for Trump. Anchor baby that he is.
According to the prevaling NBC buffoonery around here, neither was Trump. Since his mother was born in Scotland.
She became a naturalized US Citizen in 1942. President Trump was born 4 years later.
Who’s the buffoon now?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Really? Tell me this. Who was our 44th president? Was he according to your misguided NBC ideas a Natural Born Citizen?
Donald Trump’s mother, Mary Anne MacLeod, did naturalize as a US citizen in 1942, which was about five years before Donald Trump was born in 1946. Mary Anne MacLeod was originally from Scotland and came to the United States in 1930. She married Fred Trump in 1937 and became a US citizen in 1942
Both Donald Trump’s parents were US citizens at the time of his birth. Donald Trump is a natural born US citizen.
(Sorry Trump)
