Did a Rssian precision strike supposedly destroyed an underground "NATO command center" in Ukraine earlier this month, with "dozens" of Western officers and military personnel purportedly killed in the "Kinzhal" (or "Dagger) missile attack.
At least, that is the claim circulating on some social media channels, including those known for spreading pro-Kremlin talking points and Russian propaganda.
In some cases the claim was supported by a photo of the supposed strike site, showing large-scale devastation and a burned-down building.

How do we know did it take place or not? It is certainly a possibility, but then all the evidence exist far beyond the enemy lines and in Ukraine it is prohibited to make such cases public.
There is no point to speculate over it in such conditions.

Do you realize that it is a sort of normal when people are killed at war, no matter what their nationality is.
To: Bulwyf
Now you admit the cheering.
The story claims that the deaths you are cheering are NATO troops which would mean Americans in the mix, which would likely include some from the American NATO forces Trump reactivated.

Why would someone not have any business being in Ukraine?

Not NATO, not our circus, not our business. Not our monkeys. We should of sued for peace like Trump told Zelensky before.

You have facts that no American/NATO personnel are legally entitled to be in Ukraine?

I think it could have happened as described.
Some people on this thread seem to pretend they don’t know that NATO denies having a command center in its proxy war against Russia. NATO does not benefit by admitting its conducting the war using Ukrainian and other troops, or that it lost troops.
It doesn’t benefit the Ukrainians to admit the strike succeeded.
If CIA or other Americans were present, all the PTB need to do is delay - claim the staff/troops are in country and not available to families right now - and keep that up for awhile. Much later, they can attribute the deaths to other causes or if Ukraine, pull a Hillary and say, “What difference, at this point, does it make?”

Another cheer for killing American and NATO troops.
There is a sort of movement for that happening on this thread.

Seems to me if this really happened back on March 9th, the families of “up to 300” NATO officers/staff would be asking questions/talking about/talking to the press about their family member’s deaths in Ukraine.

“I can’t see NATO putting 300 top people in one place within Ukraine when they could just as easily run the command center out of Poland or Germany.”
The command center dates back to well before this war, so it’s likely they put it in Western Ukraine because they thought it was safe, and it was much easier to hardwire to front-line locations than having it in another country. It was also buried very deep.

From: "Disaster: Russian Hypersonic Missiles Wipe Out US/NATO Secret Command in Kiev, Dozens of Top US Officers Vaporized", inteldrop.org,
March 9, 2023.
Before I get into this, there is what I call my "9/11 test". I see what a site I never heard of says about 9/11. The Inteldrop's category:9/11 mirrors what Veteran's Today has about claiming 9/11 was by Israel using a nuclear device. Veteran's Today is not allowed on FR. If a sites is a mirror of a site Jim Robinson does not want posted here I don't trust them either.
Russia pumps out conspiracy sounding propaganda and floods social media with it. This is a story that would appeal to a anti NATO, US-Europe-Ukraine conspiracy believers. Except none of it adds up.
- The Kinzhal missile is a air launched ballistic missile and has similar terminal velocity. The MOAB can penetrate 60 meters. The smaller Kinzhal is not going to penetrate twice that.
- 130 meters down? That's not a command center, that's a mine. Digging a mine that deep is impossible to hide. When and how was it built without anyone noticing? It wasn't.
- There is no need to have a NATO command center inside Ukraine. Poland is right next door and if needed there would be secure communications to and from Ukraine.
- The US and NATO are going to concentrate leaders and high tech C3/C4I within range of a air launched ballistic weapon like the Kinzhal.
Now for the website and how the story is written looks like other US based conspiracy sites.
- Domaintools.com says the was created on September 9, 2022. It does not say who owns it, and publishes anonymously authored stories. New site, no known owners or authors. A lack of transparency and posting conspiracy sounding material are automatic red flags.
- The article acts or claims as if it cites behind the scenes Ukrainian sources, on a site that is registered and has servers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Not a good place to run such a website.
- There are several official sounding sources, and no direct links to any of it. So there is no way to check on any of these sources in any of the context described. This is a hallmark of a lot of fake conspiracy writing, acting as if there are publicly known sources, that are impossible to find.
- If it is too good to be true it is not does not go far enough. When a story says what a particular political group wants to hear, have inside sources that would never talk to writer at all, fills it out with what is reported from other major news network, the story is a fabrication.
I hope that explains why this story and the sites running don't make the grade for me.
To: Bulwyf
i don’t know why you argue with these people. some of them may be getting paid to run around in circles.
but the day after this allegedly happened, the US did a b52 ‘practice run’ on st petersburg. I found that interesting - and that DID happen.
To: JonPreston
Early on in the war there was another story about a Kinzhal destroying some kind of a hoho depot that was a couple of hundred feet below ground level.
