Did a Rssian precision strike supposedly destroyed an underground "NATO command center" in Ukraine earlier this month, with "dozens" of Western officers and military personnel purportedly killed in the "Kinzhal" (or "Dagger) missile attack.
At least, that is the claim circulating on some social media channels, including those known for spreading pro-Kremlin talking points and Russian propaganda.
In some cases the claim was supported by a photo of the supposed strike site, showing large-scale devastation and a burned-down building.

My info is in regard to a site located outside of Bahkmut, that a few senior Ukraine commanders had visited a few days earlier.
I had wondered how the Russians might be tracking the visitors, and how Ukraine personnel continue to reveal their locations by using Telegram and TikTok.

Think about it for a second: Several hundred high-ranking military officers from NATO countries are wiped out, and not one of those countries or any independent source has said anything about it? And the only sources appear to be discredited sensationalist blogs?
Remember the Uke missile attack on Poland last summer? I’ve said all along there will come a point when the Russians will have had enough of NATO weaponry killing tens of thousands of Russians. Eventually Russian weaponry will begin killing NATO personnel in Ukraine and the staging areas in Poland. With that counter escalation WWIII will be imminent. Don’t forget to invest in those potassium iodine tablets for your children.

Right now, if this story is even true, at worst it is just a few deserving CIA cucks killed. No big loss.

Yes. It’s impolite to snark people behind their backs.
I don’t know why you would call NATO troops CIA.
Nobody doing that. They have no business there. They’re not there, no problem.
They hate America and just go around causing trouble. Like our influx of illegals. CIA is a fifth column. So is the FBI.
While that does not entirely rule out the possibility that such a hit took place, there is little evidence to suggest that it did. Furthermore, the scale of the purported casualties (up to 300 people, according to some of the reports) would have been very difficult to conceal, especially if the vast majority of them had been Western nations' citizens.
