High velocity automobiles are a danger greater.
Kinetic energy equals one half the mass times the velocity squared.
Mass is the objects weight divided by the acceleration of gravity as weighed. Velocity is in like terms.
Take a 4000 pound auto at 60 mph or 88 feet per second and acceleration pf gravity is 32.16 feet per second per second or ft per second squared do the math and that dang car has 481,592 foot pounds of kinetic energy far far more than any magazines of ammo. Double the speed and quadruple the energy. No talk of common sense here

Weapons that have been used in an assault are assault weapons. Weapons that haven’t aren’t. Even if they are identical to the weapons used in the assaults.

They are just about to pass a law in Washington state that will classify any semi-auto with a thumbhole stock as an “assault rifle”. A quick search showed Winchester has a hunting rifle like that (wood stock).

A lever action Winchester is far too effective of a weapon for the common man to own. <> The Libs always refer to the common military arm at the time of the signing of the Constitution when referring to weapons imagined by the framers of the Constitution when writing the 2nd Amendment.
The Brown Bess was considered the finest military arm at the time of the signing of the Constitution.
Anything that is more effective than the Brown Bess must be an assault weapon.
And an automobile can accelerate between human impacts.
All weapons are made for assaulting.

They had to redefine what a “vaccine” was formthe gene therapy shots to qualify...by watering down the definition quite a bit.
