On Sunday, a British Antifa group, Transgender Action Block, held a protest outside the National Health Service building in London to demand quicker access to sex change surgeries such as metoidioplasty and phalloplasty, as well as reparations and other demands.

Those are surgeries that create cosmetic penises, the first using existing genital flesh, and the second using flesh from other parts of the body...

i can imagine transplant technology will go into the sex organs necessary for a man to get pregnant and have a baby. However, I doubt such gender disordered men will ever be able to have the same pleasure a real woman has. All this tinkering will leave its victims as a shell with all the appearances but no real feeling except the pain of childbirth.
