he DoJ is part of the Executive Branch. It has no business investigating Supreme Court Justices after their appointment and swearing in. Justices have to be impeached by the House and tried in the Senate. A long-serving SENATOR who does not understand the basics of our Constitutional system has disqualified himself. Commie Bernie should be one of the first people investigated. The FBI let his wife off with bankrupting Burlington College, which she had been the President of since 2004. In December 2010, under her approval, the school purchased a $10 million piece of lakefront property on the Champlain River, in order to expand the college. The school was already having financial problems at the time of the purchase. 10 months later she resigned from her position. It was also reported that Bernie had improperly pressured People’s United Bank to approve the loan. The expansion never took place, and the school folded. She was investigated for bank fraud by the Feds, but the investigation was eventually closed without charges being filed, and she walked away with a $200,000 severance package.
