Yeah, sock it to them. They have no right at all to defy the rules of the health department. They have no rights over their own bodies. Why not charge them 3 billion and send some of the money to the war in the Ukraine, and take their kids away, and empty their bank accounts. I am sure Santa Clara the saint would approve of this move.

Well if I were defense counsel I would enter into evidence the hundreds of peer review studies that show that masks DONT WORK.
Someone took it to a Federal court and that court ruled that the order was a violation of 2nd Amendment rights.The gun ranges were immediately able to reopen.
Seems likely to me that *somewhere* along the line a Federal court would rule *this* as a violation of Constitutional rights as well.
