This guy was a pathetic example of what sort of careerist me first managers the DoD has in charge.
Folks that make arguments using cliche’s and labels, as he did, are not even prudent managers concerned with the well being of their people and organizations best performance. They are politicians in uniform that jump on fads and trends, are willing to say anything and do anything in the advancement of their career.
