Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's restraining order against Jim Jordan declined by judge, will go to hearing
Washington Examiner ^ | April 11, 2023 | Jack Birle

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's request for a restraining order against Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) was declined by a judge on Tuesday. The judge ordered Bragg to send the material to Jordan by 9 p.m. Wednesday so the court could have a hearing on the situation on April 19.

Bragg requested the order in an attempt to block Jordan from interfering in the Stormy Daniels hush money case that former President Donald Trump was charged in last week. Jordan has subpoenaed an investigator previously involved in the case.

The lawsuit was filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday. The hearing to determine whether the restraining order against Jordan takes effect is scheduled for April 19 at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 18C of the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse.

They have prosecutorial immunity.
This needs to be revoked. It’s clear that judges and prosecutors are abusing their privilege and violating due process of defendants with impunity.

The whole thing is Federal Election Interference.

I’m sure there is a Freeper more learned than I that could shed some light on this?

Mark Pomerantz, a former special assistant district attorney in the New York criminal investigation of Trump, wrote a book “People vs Donald Trump” all about the NY investigation. After publishing it he openly promoted and discussed it all on TV with shows likes 60 Minutes, NBC News, and Rachel Maddow (MSNBC). Jim Jordan subpoenaed Pomerantz to discuss the book also with his investigative committee. Bragg filed for an injunction to prohibit Jordon from questioning Pomerantz and others formerly involved with the NY prosecutors office.

Seems like Bragg needed to file an injunction already against Pomerantz to stop him from disclosing investigative material. Bragg’s argument is that Pomerantz can openly discuss the investigation materials with everyone except Congress.

“Why can’t we sue Bragg?”

Larry Klayman is suing him.

From your lips to God's ears. I believe that Deep State Prosecutors will need to face charges before any honest accounting can begin.

Biatch is another way to say the word bitch. The small tweak in pronunciation gives the word emphasis or an air of humor, depending on the situation. The popular rapper Snoop Dogg was the first to use the term “biatch!” on the multi-platinum selling album “The Chronic”.

Its a black thing

From the Daily Mail: I first saw it on FNC.

Hunter’s lawyer Kevin Morris wrote in a text sent to right-wing group Marco Polo that there will be ‘3 more’ during an exchange about Donald Trump’s arrest

Morris’ texts raise the question: what do the First Son’s legal team know about potential further charges against the ex-president or his associates?

‘Don’t worry if you missed the Trump news. There’ll be 3 more over the next few weeks,’ Morris wrote after being riled up
