The only way to fight this loser, named Bragg is cut all Federal funding and grants that help employ lawyer/parasites in the courthouses of Manhattan.

However be prepared for criticism after some liberal in the media asks:

Why are Republicans cutting the “stop domestic violence against women act?”

Don’t Republicans care about women & domestic violence?

Bragg is a fine one to scream unconstitutional! What a joke.

>> Bragg is a good example of...

An example of what it means to be an unaccountable, law-breaking Rat. He is a Rat first and foremost.

1. “Bragg has nothing to do with this.”

2. “He’s a fat moron hand picked for his color and obedience.”

Correct on #2.

Incorrect on #1. He has a lot to do with this, agreeing to be the face of the persecution.

Every Republican needs to be relentlessly attacking Bragg and everyone else going after Trump; James, Smith, Willis, et.al. Wage lawfare. Attack, ridicule just stop short of defamation.

Action should be taken to prevent him from appearing as a lawyer in a federal court.

Called it 5 days ago. As I predicted, they need to claim states rights, but do so as quietly as possible, as they’ll need this “federal government override” when some Republican DA somewhere files some case on Hunter, Joe, or James.

Exactly.

An “eye for eye” mentality is the only way to combat these kooks & crazies.

Just like ALL Progressives, the Court System/Judges that will “Hear” the Case are in their pocket. Doesn’t matter where in NY, NO “Deep State Opponent” can have a fair trial, or have Rulings inconsistent with the desires of The Deep State, PERIOD.

Simple solution...

Issue subpoena for Bragg with a 24 hour deadline, then send the Capitol Police to arrest him.

Show some balls Jordan...

“There’s this little thing called congressional immunity.
(It’s what saves schiff’s butt)”

Actually there is no such thing. I just dug into this a few weeks back. They CAN be charged and arrested. And it has happened a few times. But it has to be during their off duty time. It cannot happen while they are go to or coming from doing their job, or on the floor or grounds.

Off time is fair game... The reason Schiff’s butt gets saved is because our wimp lying Rinos don’t have the balls to do anything to him.

Rep. Jordan, deputize me and I’ll drag Bragg’s Fat Ass back to DC. Be advised, he may be slightly damaged.

I’m beyond sick and tired of these self-righteous arrogant little pricks. Time for Torch and Pitchfork parties at THEIR HOMES!!! F these little pricks!

If he is to be sued, it has to occur in the house, not some court.

My mistake, I thought you were talking about arrest... As in what Adam Schiff deserves.

1. Since Bragg is interfering with a federal election, among other things, of course the House Judiciary Committee has authority to conduct oversight hearings and compel testimony. There obviously is a legislative purpose.— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) April 11, 2023

2. It has implications well beyond Manhattan and is, in fact, a national matter. His federal lawsuit is another amateur move, but Bragg operates in a Democrat cesspool. This case should be quickly rejected, as should his outrageous indictments.— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) April 11, 2023
