These corps are not capitalist. They get subsidized. They don’t care.
The ad campaign must have tainted their image.
These corporations are being destroyed because they want to appeal to sick woke freaks
What “they” refuse to understand or accept is that disagreeing with their life style does not equal H8.
Bud Light is done. The people whose jobs relied on it must know what happens next.
I wonder what happens to the 25 year old VP of Marketing? Who is going to hire her next?
There is a larger lesson at play here that goes far beyond branding and market-share.
This is a prime example of what can happen when you put an Ivy-league idiot(s) in charge of something.
Right now, from where I sit, we have Ivy-league idiots in charge of our foreign policy, intel, banking, treasury, environmental policy, media, and DOJ. These are also often the people who write the massive bills in congress that our reps do not even read before they pass them.
Let this sink in.... clones of this “VP” are found throughout our nation in far more consequential positions.
I’ve read that the leftists have a corporate score system. They include the right people, places, and things, they get a good score. What they forget about 90 percent of us don’t give a chit about their inclusion scores.
The VP in charge is an impossibly Woke female Harvard graduate who knows what’s best for all of us. I don’t think that surprises anyone. It isn’t a matter of her misunderstanding her customers, it’s a matter of her holding them in open contempt.
Repubs should elevate and pound the Trans issue. It’s such a loser for the Democrats.
Eff Bud.
Rinse, repeat.
I’m more offended that Bud Light is classified as “beer”…
Even full-strength Budweiser sucks. I can’t believe there’s actually a market for the watered-down kind. In cans no less. What on earth would you have to be used to swallowing, that would make you think this stuff by comparison was a good drink?
does Alissa Heinerscheid even know a redneck?
I saw a clip of the VP of marketing for Bud Lite who, in addition to identifying herself as the “head” of Bud Lite, thanked her entire team (mostly women) for defending each other in promoting their shared values. It made me think that Anheuser-Busch (or InBev or whatever) had a fiduciary responsible to fire her or get sued by stockholders; she plainly was not primarily concerned with profitability or sales, but in the promotion of an ideology.
TL/DR: Boycott the whole damned company or your “protest” abstention from Bud Lite doesn’t mean crap.
I don’t understand, did they really think normal people were going to accept this?
