Congressman Jim Jordan and the House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government delivered a demand to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Monday for his cooperation in their oversight of what appears to be a massive sting operation on Catholics across the country. The “FBI’s Richmond Document” reveals the Feds have infiltrated at least one Catholic church in hopes of finding domestic terrorists among those with “radical-traditionalist Catholic ideology.”
The document, officially titled “Interest of Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists in Radical-Traditionalist Catholic Ideology Almost Certainly Presents New Mitigation Opportunities” and referred to by the Subcommittee as the “FBI’s Richmond Document,” reveals a startling operation to spy on and entrap Catholics. I say “at least one” because the operation appears to have spread across the country. This is the tip of the iceberg.
“In the document, the FBI purportedly categorize Catholic Americans based on theological distinctions and relied on the Southern Poverty Law Center to suggest that certain kids of Catholic Americans may be domestic terrorists,” Jordan’s letter reads.
The SPLC has been working with the FBI to classify conservative and religious Americans as domestic terrorists for some time. Their radical leftist ideology seems to be welcome by the “woke” Department of Justice; conservative groups who attempt to expose domestic terrorism in Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and other leftist groups have been completely ignored and often admonished by the FBI.

Not all Catholics I bet.
Just those that won’t follow pope perv.
Primarily, those of use who prefer that the Mass be offered in Latin, according to the 1962 Missal.
Except Islam gets a pass.
Exactly.
It’s an honor to be targeted by those wretches.
Who prevents the Mass from being offered in Latin, according to the 1962 Missal ?
Would that be pope perv ?
The FBI should be moved to Omaha and be restricted to high tech lab techs (with NO investigative power) to support the 50 states’ police investigations.
The irony of this is hilarious. In the 1920s, the second iteration of the KKK was strongly opposed to immigrants, most of whom were Catholic. Rumors were spread that they were only loyal to the Pope, and that they kept guns in their basements waiting for the signal to revolt.
Those that believe in Christ? Forget it.
Yes, the pope has been aggressive in preventing Latin Mass celebrations. He has counteracted Pope Benedict’s support of Latin Mass. Pope Francis says that the Latin Mass is divisive.
I know a bit about this as my father’s side were Acadians who ran away from the British and settled in the Saint John Valley. They had some troubles with the KKK up there because unions were looking to recruit them as loggers, etc. The KKK would have none of it because Catholics were considered subhuman. They even set off a bomb in one town, thanfully no one was injured.
The FBI is just trying to protect the country from traditional Catholics so the queers who masquerade as priests and rape little boys can feel safer as they go about their debauchery.
I seem to recall that during the 'War on Terror' the dems enacted a law that forbid the FBI from surveilling religious institutions in an effort to cover and protect radical Islam. I guess they figured it did not apply to Catholics.
Any America that believes in the US Constitution and the God given rights that government is to protect needs to call of the complete defunding and shuttering of the FBI. The Constitution does not give Congress the power to establish a federal law enforcement agency. Law enforcement falls squarely under the 10th Amendment. You most certainly can be pro law enforcement and be against the federal government’s involvement.
"Who are those with deeply held beliefs, likely to remain unpersuaded by lame, secular propaganda?"
