Yes, they are very widely prescribed and not monitored very well after prescribing most of the time. Primary care doctors can prescribe them. It’s a terrible shame. There’s little to no counseling after prescribing them. This is like the opioid crisis in a way. Over-prescribed and they don’t care what happens to the patient.

So the story has been revised to four dead, I believe. The police officer is in critical condition but still alive at this point.
What a tragedy for any family. To loos e a young son or daughter is terrible. To have one seemingly with prior good hope and conduct shamefully act in this manner is tragic beyond thinking.
Police chief said officer was shot in the head and now is out of surgery in critical but stable condition. He’s 25 (or 26) and just graduated from the police academy on March 31 and on duty only ten days.

The house was still visible when I looked at it earlier. It was a small, unremarkable one-story white house with no adornments and no landscaping. But that’s also consistent with a home that’s only been owned for a year by someone who is just starting out.
Darn shame he didn’t spend more time fixing up his home instead of getting twisted on Dem politics like he did.
