Alissa sure crashed through the glass bottles and cans with this brilliant nugget of an idea. LOL.
She sounds like the kind of naive, Harvard-”educated” apparatchik who’d be better-suited teaching some lame-ass gender studies course at the local junior college. Perhaps if she’d actually taken the time to drink some of the swill she’s been trying to hustle with its (formerly) loyal customers she might not be in the position where someone has to explain to her what the phrase “screw the pooch” means.
I doubt she had sole discretion over this decision.
“I’m a businesswoman”
************
Real business people are inspired by financial forecasts and ways to take market share from competitors, not by their own personal biases and social “inspirations”.
ok toots
“inclusivity”
A term I NEVER would use.
Only far left A$$holes use that word.
“Bud Light’s marketing VP says she was inspired to update ‘fratty,’ ‘out of touch’ branding with inclusivity”
Let me update this.
Bud Light’s FORMER marketing VP says she was inspired to update ‘fratty,’ ‘out of touch’ branding with inclusivity
bkmk
Once again, her feelings mean more than the branding.
And pain results.

Budweiser will learn a lesson the hard way Go Woke, Go Broke.
“I’m a businesswoman,”
According to herself, she is the greatest thing to hit the world stage since....
Am waiting to see how long it takes for the CEO of that corporation gets her filthy ass to hell out of there.
Of course one must consider, AB InBev is a Belgian company.
She is decidedly not a businesswoman.
Ahh, clarity.
The “New Coke” advertizing team is so happy about this...
Suspect Budweiser is having problems filling positions since they were bought by InBev.
‘This brand is in decline”
Its interesting this is the same advice someone gave Intel back around 2000.
They told them they needed to update their corporate logo.
It cost the company billions and resulted in zero new sales.
I blame the Executives in both cases for not bothering to talk to their customers FIRST.
Taxpayer funded Federal bailout in 3-2-1, then massive Anheiser Busch donation to ActBlue to follow.
