Which one of the Kennedys (RFK’s children) has the voice impediment that makes his voice sound shaky, as though he has Parkinson’s Disease.
He is the Kennedy brother I would have expected to push forward and run for high office, but that voice may automatically rule him out. Ethel herself may have told him.
Haven’t seen the video. I learned 40 years ago that infants were immune incompetent. Has that changed? Immunocompetence doesn’t start until the kid is 3-4 years old.
His voice is much like mine. Vert rough. The VA tells me it can probably be fixed... With an operation on my vocal cords.

I have learned that with most surgeries, you get something from the change or adjustment, but you often give something up too. Some natural function is lost or diminished.
For many patients, it’s a fair trade, one they are quite content with.

I don’t think that’s a fair assessment. So far he’s shown he can tead and digest technical material and willing to change his position.
They didn’t shoot enough Kennedys.
