So this is the affidavit the police investigator wrote, after the DA Garza convinced a grand jury to indict Daniel Perry for shooting the BLM protestor. It was made August 2021
I'm not a laywer (nor from Texas) so I don't know if such a statement is admissable to a jury during trial. As we know, the jury just convicted Perry of murdering the BLM protestor.
