There are words some people refuse to hear. Say “ILLEGAL immigration” to Democrats and all they hear is “immigration.” Perhaps it’s kind of the same way here.
President Trump objects to MANDATORY inoculations. I too object to MANDATORY vaccinations. That does not imply an objection to informed consent and voluntary vaccination. Why should it?
If someone wanted, or wants, to take an mRNA vaccine, that should be their choice, the same as if someone refuses to take a vaccine, gene therapy or drug.
That President Trump accelerated the development of an experimental, not fully tested, vaccine for Covid was O.K. under the circumstances that existed at that time. The problem was the lack of informed consent (see tagline) when the product was rolled out by the Biden administration. Biden acts as a tyrant with his MANDATORY vaccinations.

Not the shock your heart kinda pacemaker. It’s called a resynchronization pacemaker. It’s used when your valves don’t keep timing to open and close at the precise rhythm. The mis-timed valve timing causes the heart to enlarge from back pressure. That’s the cause of enlarged heart failures in many people. They just don’t recognize the root cause.
Big pharma is too big to fail.
They have to much influence in the political system and media for that to happen.
The government in fact will be their shield. These vaccines were mandated, under an emergency exemption, and it’s vaccines where the government assumes liability anyhow.
Realize, the mega corporations and oligarchs sit at the table when the rules for the monopoly game are written or modified.

I expect the Dems to try and ignore him. Not only is he against the covid vaxx but he’s seems to be against our involvement in Ukraine too. Unfortunately he’s a climate change nut. But he’s driving the Dems crazy and that’s great.

Since you asked the question, it seems you do not have a good timeline of what he said and when. Neither do I.

I asked my Primary Physician and my cardiologist about getting the vaxx. They both asked why would I want to do that. (I had had COVID with no symptoms)
From what little I’ve seen he’s questioning more than just the covid vaxx. There are many who think the high number of vaccines given to children at such an early age are deleterious to health and there are studies suggesting that is the case. But RFK Jr also questions big pharma in general suggesting that they have corrupted the system. I gotta agree with him there.
My wife and I got Covid and it was less bad than prior bouts of flu over the past 30 years or so. The symptoms were like a bad cold, where as usually when I had the flu I felt like someone beat me with a baseball bat with muscle soreness.
Covid was a non-event illness for us. I actually enjoyed the fact they met you at your car in the doctor's office parking lot with prescriptions in hand and you didn't have to waste 2 hours in waiting rooms and outer office. Sort of like drive-thru doctors office.
Perhaps people are finally waking up to how dangerous those shots are.

He's in a bit of a quandary. He delegated to Pence. They worked with industry to bring out the vaccine early. About two years early, I think. Democrats act as though the vaccine is perfect: safe, effective and early, without ever giving Trump any credit. That is another reason to despise Democrats.
Naturally Trump would like to think he saved millions of lives. Democrats should think so too but can't get past their many derangement syndromes.
Did the vaccines save more lives that it cost. Today, I think not. When actions were taken, it was less clear. By the way, it was Dr. Gold who convinced me not to take the jab.
The best thing Trump can do now is to oppose MANDATORY vaccinations. I think that should be the eternal position of any freedom-loving person.
