Bingo. Unfortunately, Conservatives don’t understand the strategies of war. And it is a war. Primarily a spiritual war.
Ask the folks at Gillette, Woke-a-Cola, Target, Macy's, Kellogg's, the NFL, MLB, the NBA, NOOSECAR, etc. how much revenue they lost.
Professional sports is just one example. Years ago I would see fans wearing sports apparel; jackets, hats, t-shirts, etc. I'd see bumper stickers, flags, etc. as well. Now I rarely see anyone wearing such apparel at all.
I just purchased a bumper sticker which reads:
DRAG QUEENS ARE TO WOMEN
WHAT BLACKFACE IS TO BLACKS
And I'm eager for the first halfwit liberal who figures he can explain why they're different ...

Violence is the only answer
For years now, I have used my pocketbook to protest.
Penny’s, target, Gillette, crud light, and everything made in New York.
Scum sucking communists don’t have money... WE DO...
This is the communists weakness, and our strength.
We are at war, and I’m too damn old to sit in a foxhole..
But only I control where my money goes.

He may be correct, but I am doing all that I can. I have been boycotting Target, Gillette, and Kellogg for years now. Previously, I was a customer of all three. I use an Android phone, Waze, but no other Google products like search, Gmail, Chrome, etc. There are other examples. I do what I can and once I have replaced a company, I move on never to go back.
I work with men, and like most country women, I’m no frilly female-but I’m a real woman who only likes the real, muy macho men-the trans woman is just a mentally ill guy man doing ridiculous cosplay of the most obnoxious stereotype of female there is-a weak sister using whining and hysterics for attention and financial gain-that act offends every real woman I know...
Amen!!!

He’s right. The left has this down to a science. A few lefties generate ALL the negative email etc to those companies. But here’s what I fear: The heads of these big corporations don’t care. They care more about pushing the agenda than profits or any blowback they get from the right. Even if we mobilize and target one company what they’ll do is fire the CEO, that’s our scalp, and then we will move on and so will they. But the CEO will just go somewhere else.
Picking something puny is no big deal. We fail big when it comes to sports who embrace the woke. We never make them pay because we always tune in because we are too weak to boycott what we are addicted to as fun.
It is so obvious it is sickening. It is the elephant in the room.
DRAG QUEENS ARE TO WOMEN
WHAT BLACKFACE IS TO BLACKS
^^This^^
The take-away.
Here’s what we should do: Pick a victim, gang up on it, and make an example of it. We can’t boycott every woke company or even most of them. But we can pick one, it hardly matters which, and target it with a ruthless boycott campaign. Claim one scalp then move onto the next.

It’s not even very good cosplay
Haha-probably not even to the most rabid enthusiast from Japan...

This is embittered, wishful thinking. These companies are stronger and more dominant than ever. Their reach, once limited to the US in the 20th century, is global and growing. Meanwhile conservatives have lost 3 elections in a row.
Matt has correctly diagnosed the problem, but his remedy is flawed. He overestimates the reach and discipline of conservative consumers. There are no short term remedies to this. We will continue to lose these cultural battles as long as institutions which control the culture are firmly in the grasp of the left.
If conservatives couldn’t even sustain a boycott of something as useless and inconsequential (and downright boring as hell, I might add) as NFL football, then I don’t hold out much hope that they’ll be successful in targeting anything else.
