Ah, “programming”! That’s surely enough to keep the public safe from a man who lost control sufficiently to kill a kid.
This is a judge with contempt for the victim’s survivors, and for the public. Her only concern is for the perp — hoping he can “benefit” from therapy or other “programming.”

Just for your info everyone involved in this case was black, including the victim.
They are going to keep on until they force Fathers, brothers, sons, and uncles to seek Justice. I hope they include judges and prosecutors like this when they do.

The killer pistol-whipped and shot someone a few years ago.
Then, he was released from prison, and the mother took him back into the house.
Neither of those two things should’ve been allowed to happen.
A month later, he murders her son.
Everyone let this boy down.
My psychic powers must be expanding, as I was able to divine the physiognomy of this judge simply by reading the headline.
Oh please, you don’t think there are white judges like this? White people invented this ideology.
But, more heartbreaking details:
it was revealed he admitted to choking teen Corde Scott for getting bullied at school.
He was angry at the boy for being bullied?
He was still on parole when sources said he had picked up Scott at school on the day of the boy’s death after he was bullied at school, with the two getting into a scuffle in the family apartment.
So, after being bullied at school that day, this teenage boy was sent home where his "stepdad" killed him.
This case was so stupid and so bad that liberal and kinda nutso NY State Guv Hochul intervened to get this ghoul locked up. Nutso as in she who wants to ban gas stoves and gas heating. Anyways>>>>
Gov. Kathy Hochul said Tyresse Minter — who was released Wednesday by a lenient Bronx judge after getting hit with manslaughter and negligent homicide charges in Corde’s Jan. 23 slaying — was back in police custody over a parole violation.
“My top priority is public safety,” Hochul said in a statement. “Earlier today, the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision issued a warrant for Tyresse Minter, and he is now in custody.”
Judges need to be held responsible for their actions, period
