She seems like a ticking time-bomb.
This woman should be given a sentence of life in prison, no parole!
BIG MISTAKE... and the judge who agreed to this terrible plea deal will say “sorry” when she decides to kill in the future or doesn’t take her meds.
She has the telltale haircut of being brainwashed by the militant left. She was once likely a normal girl. I’ve see way too many that went to college normal and returned with a similar look.
Man’s haircut, arm tats an looks like a man. Irredeemable. But this seals the deal:
“She was eventually diagnosed with schizophrenia.”
No cure. She can be on meds but needs close monitoring for a long time. Don’t think she’d have gotten mental health assistance in prison.
I think the judge made a good verdict on this. Feed the Social Welfare machine in Tampa. But she’s a legit patient imo.
Hope she gets better. Maybe a small rescue dog will help her see her obligations and effect of actions.
“Sally’s in to knowledge, spent her years in college, just to find out nothing is real. Sally doesn’t speak now, words just aren’t unique now. She’s into fashion design instead!”
~Steve Taylor
Six months...goes to a half-way house. Twelve months....released. A year later....exposed to new charges of having done new fresh pipe-bombs. Maybe some folks injured, but she’s not competent for jail, so off she goes to a fenced-up mental facility. Ten years there....they will release her again.
My dad made a comment years ago about the 1930s and growing up in rural Alabama. All it took were two letters signed by relatives or neighbors, and a county judge would have two deputies pick you up and transport you to the state mental hospital for 30 days of evaluation. You didn’t BS around with the letters...it was real serious business. If you were a threat...you were never to be released.
Fireworks.
Why do we care about fireworks?
Well well, another manly woman with the heart of a terrorist.
“Twenty-four months of community control followed by 15 years probation,” for having 24 pipe bombs in her/his/it’s bedroom?!?
“The devices were filled with nails, screws, and pellets”. That is killing power far and beyond the capabilities of what Audrey Hale had. Way far & beyond.
I agree with others here, she needs not only to be confined, but with intense therapy.
Where’s the hit list? Is the punishment commensurate with the names on it?
The sentence is a joke. Kinda like the kind a Bill Ayers type of radical would get.
I am.surprised the FBI didn’t get involved and lure her into a terrorist plot. They have done that to schizophrenic men in Massachusetts and the midwest, even as the parents were begging for help.and pleading for the FBI.to.leave their sins alone.
It might be easier to find feds to entrap someone into years of prison than to get him committed to a hospital.
Sons not sins. Fat fingers.
Her “mental health” program will involve training by the FBI.
No manifesto? 24 is a lot of bombs to not have a manifesto.
She must not be a mega MAGA, white nationalist or any such thing or it would have been noted.
Environmental nut ? AntiFa? , TransARMY ? Biker gangs like bombs, but , like MAGA, if she were a biker, they’d say so.
“Above the law”
drink
From the reactions on this for someone owning illegal weapons I bet a lot think Randy Weaver’s family had it coming too. Nobody was hurt and I’m basically hearing calls for the death penalty cause they don’t like how she looks.
Hope you’re not found with an ‘illegal magazine’ over 10 rounds in an infringing state, or LIFE in prison!
That’s a dude!
And Jan 6 people getting years for wandering through the capitol building.
She’ll kill a bunch of people when she is released.
“According to Chronister, she had a “infatuation” with previous mass killings like the Columbine shooting and Oklahoma City bombing. An online printing company contacted officials about Kolts in August after she ordered bomb-making instructions and anarchist materials. At the time, Kolts told investigators she didn’t intend to harm anyone, and authorities did not feel she was a threat to others or herself.”
