Based on my interactions with customer service phone and web bots, we don’t have anything to worry about. None of them are remotely useful at anything except annoying the customer.

Based on my interactions with customer service phone and web bots The other day I called my cable company about a problem. I was stuck talking with some automated bot that kept giving me the same instructions. Eventually found a way to talk to a real person. But she wasn't much better.
