Wisconsin Supreme Court Election Sees Record-High Voter Turnout
Breitbart ^ | 04/05/2023 | KATHERINE HAMILTON

The Wisconsin Supreme Court election on Tuesday saw record-high voter turnout for a spring election not coinciding with a presidential race, Fox News reported.

“Over 36 percent of eligible Wisconsin voters participated in the highly-anticipated election, surpassing the previous high of 34 percent set in the 2011 state Supreme Court race,” according to the report. “…Over 1.7 million Wisconsin voters participated in the Tuesday election — surpassing the approximately 1.6 million voters who took part in the 2011 election, which elected Justice David Prosser.”

Democrat Janet Protasiewicz secured a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court over Republican Daniel Kelly, giving liberals control over the state’s high court for the first time in 15 years and shattering the court’s current fragile 4-3 conservative majority. The previous makeup of the court came within one vote of overturning President Biden’s win in the state in 2020.

“Plus Gen Z is killing us.”

I don’t expect that to let up. Liberal Gen-Z voters have had electoral success when they turn out. That will keep them turning out. As the Boomer population continues to decline the gap is only going to get wider.

“The young have never voted in large numbers or high percentages. Most would not even know what the WI Supreme Court does or why it is important, much less who is on the ballot.”

They know that Roe got overturned. They’re mostly single-issue voters. They don’t have to know who is on the WI SC. They vote for candidates that are endorsed by groups like NOW and Planned Parenthood.

Yes there is voter fraud....but there are a LOT of liberal voters. If we think most Americans think like us, we are fooling ourselves.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin. It has always been a liberal state.

Record high turnout = vote fraud.

“They know that Roe got overturned.”

Delusional. There is a subset of the young that does this. But, they still don’t vote over in any large percentage. They are mainly depressed, listless, jobless, and on the verge of suicide.

The vast majority don’t care about anything. What we are raising is a complete mess. They do not turn out in mass.

“Record voter turnout, or record number of ballots submitted?”

“Vote harder.” “It’s the voter’s fault.” “Go run for sheriff.” And all that normie talk. Democrats win every election because they are beloved and correct on the issues. Every election is about abortion ya know.

Across the board...or in “blue” counties only?

Plus Gen Z is killing us.

Democrats are taking advantage of mail in voting and ballot harvesting but a lot of it has to do with their support of pro-choice on the abortion issue.

Ignore reality if that makes you feel better.

The fact remains that the GOP has been on a losing spiral since 2018. So far, issues that the GOP has pushed, inflation, and crime have not gotten any traction. The war on Woke doesn’t seem to be paying off electorally either. DeSantis won Florida in a landslide but Michigan and Pennsylvania flipped from Red to Blue.

In Mi they stole the SC first. After that it was easy to steal the rest. Now they control the entire process. In 22 they rammed through election laws changes to weld the door shut. Today that idiot Ronna said the GOP’s problem is “messaging”. We are the mercy of the rats now. How bad it gets depends on how far they want to take it.

Yep, any election we don’t like the results of must be fraudulent.

And, it's highly likely it is.

Yep… and one factor the GOP side fails to grasp is how hugely popular abortion is in this country. If the 2022 midterms proved anything, it’s that to stand between an American female and her abortionist is tantamount to courting a violent end.

“Ignore reality if that makes you feel better.”

I don’t need to ignore reality, I know. There has been massive fraud in elections for decades. I am starting here, LBJ won his election by voter fraud in Texas. JFK had the same machine working for him two years later (where some counties had more votes than the population). The graveyards in Chicago gave JFK the IL win (by less than 11,000 votes). Chicago’s voter day motto is, Vote Early, Vote Often. JFK winning TX and IL gave him the Presidency.

Nixon knew he won, but was told to shut up. He did, the next election Nixon ran in he won the Presidency with the largest electoral vote count in history up to the point.

Massive voter fraud has been happening for decades and blind little sheep have the wool pulled over their eyes. The numbers in 2020 were impossible and against statistics. Again, every aspect of government is completely corrupted (DOJ, FBI, CIA, Government Employees, Congress, Senate, Judges, etc...) and somehow you believe our voting system is accurate.

“I don’t need to ignore reality, I know.”

You seem to be ignoring the reality that more young voters are voting. They’re turning out because they’ve noticed that when they turn out and vote, they win. Dobbs motivated young voters more than any other issue. I expect it will continue to motivate them.

It’s easier for a lot of people to just stick their fingers in their ears, going ‘la la la -if we lost it must be fraud’. Totally delusional, but it’s an article of ‘faith’, so there is no arguing with it. It is by *FAITH* that they *KNOW* it’s fraud, since we can’t POSSIBLY lose otherwise. Basically the old farts on the Titanic, friends of the captain, saying ‘no the ship is not going down’.

If the Republican party cannot win with 100 percent turn-out enabled by every form of convenience voting, then it deserves to perish.

Matches my observation. Dobbs pissed-off the 18-30 year olds like NOTHING since video of sheriffs firing watercannon on civil rights protesters or footage from the Vietnam war.
Technically, on Constitutional grounds, the right decision; politically closer to Dred Scott (also technically correct) in the turmoil that is going to result.

“It’s easier for a lot of people to just stick their fingers in their ears, going ‘la la la -if we lost it must be fraud’.”

I agree that many here would rather keep bleating about voter fraud than look at reality. I even understand that because the reality is depressing. Conservatives do not make up the majority anymore. It’s easier to blame sinister (mostly non-existent) elements than face the reality that the world has changed and most of us are old now.
