House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) will discuss an investigation into Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and the political weaponization of his office, Comer told CNN on Tuesday.
The discussion will reportedly take place this week and will focus on figuring out a path moving forward after Bragg refused to cooperate with House Republicans’ oversight.
On Friday, Bragg’s office admitted that roughly $5,000 in federal funds had gone toward its investigation of former President Donald Trump or the Trump Organization.

Apparently a lot if Bragg used federal money to prosecute Trump...and the article says he admitted he did.
Just sent the House Sergeant at Arms and US Marshalls accompanied by US Attorneys from the District Court in NY to NYC arrest his communist fat ass and throw him in the slammer.
Obviously none. Did they not tell him to come and talk to them and he declined? Was it an official request? Ooooppps! I forgot that the standard op for democommies when it comes to subpoenas and court orders is to simply ignore them. Who’s gonna do anything about it? Not the DOH-J.
That's an illegal campaign contribution, because it helps any Democrat running against Trump. But it's the Democrat Pit Bull against the Republican Chihuahua, so what difference does it make?

Depends on the language in the federal grant documents they signed. But I won’t hold my breathe. When Trump tried to pull the federal funding for the sanctuary cities, a commie in a black robe stopped that.

If the House had any stones, they wouldn’t have to rely on the DOJ for this. The sergeant-of-arms is empowered to arrest and detain people for contempt of congress, and he answers to congress, not the DOJ.
$5000 would cover lunch for the crew for one day.
If the Dems admit to $5000 then it’s a good bet that the real figure is higher.
What’s to talk about? Subpoena the clown.
They are going to talk, mull, think, pray, etc etc.
