Seven Things You Don’t Know About the Stormy Daniels Hush Money Case
American Greatness ^ | 4/5/23 | Adam Mill

On Tuesday, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, acting as an agent of Biden’s campaign strategy to eliminate his most likely political opponent, finally unsealed the pretextual indictment being used for just that purpose. Over and over again, the indictment claims Trump, “with the intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise.” But it fails to identify 1) the false statement, 2) why the statement was supposedly false, 3) the person or entity Trump supposedly intended to defraud, and 4) what crime Trump supposedly tried to cover up. These are nice-to-know details.

As we’ll see, the available public record strongly indicates these gaps cannot be filled with sufficient facts to support a criminal charge. These aren’t criminal charges. This is a publicity stunt.

This operation to kneecap Trump’s electoral chances would not have been possible without a sweeping and coordinated disinformation campaign by supposedly independent legacy media outlets. It matters not whether one reads the New York Times, NPR, or another supposedly serious legacy media platform. The lack of serious legal analysis in all of them is apparent, as is their preference for innuendo and providing laundry lists of other unproven allegations.

The legacy media have overlooked a long list of weaknesses in the legal case against Trump. Let’s walk through a few key points the get-Trump media and their cult won’t consider.

She also was forced to pay Trump legal expenses- over $300,000, i think

The MSM doesn’t want any of this linked.

So she had to pay for something that never happened, but she got a payment she then has to in effect repay....

Sound like the system worked to clear an innocent person...

Remember When Stormy Daniels was interviewed by Anderson Cooper and told us all about it?

So now she denies the alleged encounter?

So with someone like Stormy, you have to ask yourself, was she lying them or is she lying now? She’s obviously a liar

It is an expense to Donald J Trump the individual. It is not a legitimate expense to the Trump Organization, his business.

It’s chiseling on his taxes. Like a plumber using his work truck for personal trips, and then claiming the mileage as a business expense.

I expect Trump’s tax lawyers are smarter than that.

I believe the payments were made from his personal funds, not business funds.

It will all depend on where these checks wind up on the NY tax returns for the Trump Organization, the Donald J Trump Revocable Trust, and Donald J Trump’s NY Personal Income Tax.

Cohen, at least, was smart enough to get them to double the sum so that he could report it as income and still get his $130 K back to pay off the HELOC he had used to get the money to pay Stormy.

Wouldn’t they need to be NY state felonies for the NY state AG to charge him? If these are federal laws, let the feds take it up, not NY state.

I’ve seen retweets of her tweets, and now she seems to be saying that it happened. I guess expecting somebody like her to keep her word is asking too much.

It will be interesting to see if the Bill of Particulars answers any of these questions, or if it will be a de facto Amended Complaint that looks nothing like the current indictment. (If so was Trump wrongfully arrested?) If it were a tax evasion count, you’d think Fat Alvin would have cited the actual law that was supposedly broken...long past the Statute of Limitations BTW.

I think the Florida AG has a pretty good case to take to the Grand Jury to Prosecute Bragg and the Judge for FELONY EXTORTION
