This country is moving to the left. Therefore, law, principles, and ethics don’t matter.

Obviously. But the strength of the case is irrelevant since the purpose of bringing it is to damage Trump politically. And as long as they can keep it from being dismissed, they hope to keep Trump under some degree of restraint by corrupt judges.

The only people pretending this is a real charge is the left and the media.

The Florida AG should be in front of a Grand Jury securing an indictment against Bragg and the Judge for FELONY EXTORTION, Extradite both of them and Remand to Custody for being a flight risk while the trial proceeds with their very lives on the line.

If there were true justice in New York, this person who annoys you would be disbarred and his law license permanently revoked. But...

The charges seem ridiculous, but he needs to get a decent lawyer. This is just plain stupid: “What we do know is he was sitting in the Oval Office. Explain to me how that’s campaign finance interference?”

Yeah, he’s being accused of reimbursing AFTER the fact.

If the “crime doesn’t exist” the lefties will make one up to fit their narrative.

American law and the Constitution mean nothing to these people.

They have their own agenda and it is anti-American.

Well, I’m really disappointed. I thought Trunip had the nads to make a citizens’s arrest of Bragg for the felony of releasing the indictment, and turning custody over to the bailiff for incarceration.

Trump’s lawyer explained it well. The campaign finance laws don’t bar people from spending money on themselves — expenditures that are customarily and lawfully made by non-candidates and candidates alike, such as payoffs to avoid litigation — just because there may be a side benefit for a campaign. Suppose a candidate paid to have his teeth straightened, which make him more photogenic to voters. Not an illegal campaign expenditure.

The democrats think that Alvin Bragg was their super secret quiet submarine to sink Trump but it’s aircraft with MAD (magnetic anomaly detector’s) that sink them.

Trump is MAD

So how would the judge fare if he followed the law and dismissed the charges?

If he were to do it, it would need to be argued in at least two phases: One would be consolidating the redundant charges, two would be explaining the misapplications of law.
