Rep Comer claims testimony by Biden's former assistant on classified docs 'undermines' White House's narrative

President Biden's former executive assistant from his time as vice president testified before Congress on Tuesday that classified documents were spread out across three different locations in the nation's capital, then "remained accessible" to Penn Biden center employees when they were transported there, according to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer.

"Today we learned that when Joe Biden left the vice presidency, boxes containing classified documents, vice presidential records, and other items were stored in three different locations around the Washington, D.C. area, including an office near the White House, an office in Chinatown, and eventually the Penn Biden Center," Rep. Comer said in a statement.

"At some point, the boxes containing classified materials were transported by personal vehicles to an office location.

How many times is that claim going to have to be disputed. I am not defending Biden, but the VP can declassify documents that they themselves classified.

Contemporaneously, there were reporters that said Biden did interviews as VP with Classified Docs open and strewn - outside of a SCIF.

And Biden was caught on camera with Classified folders outside a SCIF with peeps right next to him taking Pics with cell phones - as VP.

How much you wanna make a bet it was Joe’s idea to get Trump on Classified Docs, just like he suggested to Comey they get Flynn on the Logan Act.

Agree 100 percent. He should just do his investigation and when he has all the facts blast it out start some legal actions. Granted this corrupt DOJ isn’t likely to do anything, but one massive dump would be hard to ignore - or impeach. But he will never get anywhere with this drip drip drip stuff — the media will ignore it. That only works for democrats.

Now all Comer needs is an Attorney General that will . . .
