Donald Trump is expected to return home to Palm Beach County after Tuesday's arraignment in Manhattan where he will face criminal charges stemming from a hush money payment to a porn actor during his 2016 campaign.
The former president is expected to fly back to South Florida sometime Tuesday evening.
Trump's campaign said he is then expected to speak at Mar-a-Lago at about 8:15 p.m.
Before he arrived at the downtown Manhattan courthouse to surrender to authorities, Trump posted on his Truth Social account that this was a "surreal" experience, and he couldn't "believe this is happening in America."
Judge Juan Merchan ruled that TV cameras wouldn't be allowed in the courtroom.
Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, according to two law enforcement officials familiar with the matter.
Merchan warned Trump to refrain from rhetoric that could inflame or cause civil unrest during the arraignment.
The judge also warned Trump that he could be removed from the courtroom if he was disruptive, but Trump spoke only a few times to respond to questions.
He's next due in court on Dec. 4, though it is not clear if he will be required to appear.
The judge said he was not imposing a gag order at this point, but he asked both sides to refrain from comments that could lead to civil unrest.
Trump stayed mostly still with his hands steepled or interlaced and looked ahead during the proceedings, which lasted just over an hour.
He spent about two hours inside the building for booking and the arraignment where he learned the details of the criminal charges.
A conviction would not prevent Trump from running for or winning the presidency in 2024.
I believe you are correct. Roger Stone had some similar Soviet-like attack, but President Trump was talking about the same biased judge who is persecuting him. And that victim was Trump’s CFO. I think Roger Stone was railroaded by a different crooked judge.

I wonder if his son was running the money and they end up going after him. They said he falsified documents to hide another crime but said they didn’t have to tell him what crime it is. Some kind of a state law. So when do they have to tell them what the crime is. The 34 counts is supposed to be bs and will be dropped or dismissed. But Trump came out tonight a said some bad things about the judge and his wife. Even mentioned the judges daughter working for biden and harris campaign.
