Prejudice is the enemy of true justice. If Trump doesn't get a change of venue, you can bet that the entire jury pool will be tilted against him, seeing as this is New York City and his history in NYC real estate.
That said, I think that DJT should rise above this fracas that has all the earmarks of a kindergarten recess.

When asked whether Bragg’s case was “airtight,” Vance replied: “I do not know if this guy’s case is airtight or not. I know that the DA’s office has extremely experienced and seasoned lawyers.”
Lol. That’s a really long “no.”

" some other criminal offense"
What, pray, is the original criminal offense?

They are daring Trump to speak about it. They know its not his style to keep quiet
They stupidly and arrogantly think then that they can increase Trump’s legal jeopardy, without any serious consequences
Reminds me of Pedo Joe’s Russia sanctions

Apparently free speech doesn’t apply when you’re being railroaded by Democrats.

Lol, I’d love it if Trump gave the “I’m not going to sit here and listen to you badmouth America!” speech and just walked out of the courtroom.

I would think that considering comments made outside the courtroom months before the trial would be juror misconduct. Of course, that is already assumed in this case.

"I was disturbed to hear the former president speak in the way he spoke about the District Attorney Bragg and even the trial court in the past week," Vance said Sunday on NBC News' "Meet the Press." If he were Trump's attorney, Vance said, he would tell Trump to "be mindful of not committing some other criminal offense," such as obstructing the government.A defendant's Freedom of Speech can become a "criminal offense", according to this Gobal Socialist Elitist.
To: Shady
Vance the Junior is a hack. He hates President Trump and HE is the one prejudicing this sham case.Yup, Junior the elitist is allowed to go on TV and speak, and accuse Trump of possible addition criminal offenses, yet Trump the pro American defemdant, needs to be "mindful" of what he says, or else he's committing a crime.
To: ClearCase_guy
Claiming to be innocent would be seen as obstructing the government. That's what the female judge in the Alex Jone's billion dollar lawsuit did. She denied him a jury trial and "deemed" him guilty, then empaneled a jury to decide how many billions of dollars he should be forced to pay to New Town parents. Those parents didn't even know anything about Alex Jones until the ambulance chasers recruited them five yeas later, so it is hard to see how they were harmed.
PS - In seven years of three hours a day, five days a week programs, New Town was a topic for a total of forty minutes.

That’s a bigger take away than his cautionary comments about Trump criticism of the DA or court.

Where are the GOP attorney general indictments of dozens of Rat elected criminals? Have they surrendered?

I think it’s important to point out that this day in history happens to be the 55th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This is not mere coincidence as far as I’m concerned.
