Putin is like a groundhog that pops up on groundhog day.
Putin pops up, then it’s back to his secure bunker. Of which he has at least 5-6 around Russia.
Putin/Russia hosted Xi for 3 days and got jack-shyte from Xi. This put a strain on Putin, so he’s been in recovery in his bunker ever since. With no public events.
