IN GENERAL the extent to which Members of The Bar enjoy exemptions from criminal and civil prosecution is too broad, creating a festering cesspool of abusive behavior that is — at present — entirely excused.
Attorneys are free to blackmail, extort and — in myriad other ways — threaten opposing clients with all manner of adversity to try to psychologically manipulate them to achieve their desired end.
MANY more of them than actually are should be shot dead or imprisoned for 20-to-life for these behaviors.
