“I think it is likely to get dismissed.”

My understanding is the judge hearing this is very much anti-Trump. The court system in New York has always been more about politics than justice. If the judge dismisses even if there are grounds to do so, he will likely not be a judge much longer. At the very least he has to stretch this out long enough to keep his political street cred.

Motion to recuse will likely follow the arraignment if judge shows any sort of hostility, or maybe regardless.

I am very much anti biden .. and I know why. But none of those apply to Trump.
