My understanding is the judge hearing this is very much anti-Trump. The court system in New York has always been more about politics than justice. If the judge dismisses even if there are grounds to do so, he will likely not be a judge much longer. At the very least he has to stretch this out long enough to keep his political street cred.

From what I understand this judge hates Trump. My guess is an immediate gag order followed by leaks designed to hurt the defense.

I hope I’m wrong wrong can be but you’d have a better chance of winning the lottery than this being dismissed.

The fix is in......people need to understand that.
