OK everybody, I might get seriously flamed, but if you read the WHOLE article, it says that COPS brought the charge and DA Bragg actually dropped it, albeit due to intense public pressure. All for attacking Soros minions, but it needs to be done with facts, which include "the rest of the story".

You might want to read it again. Bragg dropped the charges against Jose Alba, another clerk charged previously for defending himself, not this guy.
