The Manhattan DA is Alvin Bragg.
He’s too busy railroading Trump to care, but he still took time to nail this poor, wounded janitor.

Good to see that the DA (can’t remember his name) is still busy putting the *real* criminals in jail.

#NewYorkStateofAnarchy. Oh and Princess Kathy’s budget is “stalled” in Albany over bail reform and how to embezzle er “spend” $227 Billion that we don’t have…
Put a fork in New York, it’s done.

The same DA that indicted Donald Trump. Res ipsa loquitur.

Was Mr. Diarra also charged with wearing a MAGA hat?
Alvin Bragg really hates working people.

I was going to say Manhattan got the DA they voted for, but that actually wouldn’t be fair.
Bragg is backed by Soros money. And with enough money you can simply buy your office. So it’s better to say that Soros got the DA he paid for.

Murder is the killing of an innocent, this was a self defense shooting.
Are we supposed to buy the notion that once you disarm a perp, he counts as "unarmed" even though he brought the gun and is still very much a threat.

Manhattan is wide open for criminals now. Perfect place to commit a crime, because the ones you are robbing you can now turn into criminals and you can become the victim!! Hppy Days, Halleluia!!!

“Oceanic society rests ultimately on the belief that Big Brother is omnipotent and that the Party is infallible. But since in reality Big Brother is not omnipotent and the party is not infallible, there is need for an unwearying, moment-to-moment flexibility in the treatment of facts. The keyword here is BLACKWHITE. Like so many Newspeak words, this word has two mutually contradictory meanings. Applied to an opponent, it means the habit of impudently claiming that black is white, in contradiction of the plain facts. Applied to a Party member, it means a loyal willingness to say that black is white when Party discipline demands this. But it means also the ability to BELIEVE that black is white, and more, to KNOW that black is white, and to forget that one has ever believed the contrary." George Orwell

Yes it was. But it’s a common tactic among garbage prosecutors to shamelessly overcharge, then offer a plea deal on a lesser charge.
This works best when the defendant is some poor slob who is scared, and cannot afford a good lawyer. Which is what we’ve got here.

every day this madness continues, it is bringing us closer to total anarchy.
how much longer before people start taking revenge on these DA’s and their extended families?
Eventually, someone with nothing to lose, will decide the time is now.
yes, corrupt FBI agents and other corrupt government officials have soft-target families too.....
I remember reading how political related assassinations were happening at alarming frequency in the days before the Russian revolution 100+ years ago.
As Morgan Freeman said in Shawshank — everyone has their breaking point.

So he is charged with criminal possession of a weapon that he wrestled away from the real criminal?
To: JayGalt
But today we know with certainty that Black is not white. Black is corrupt and evil
