If passed, this will squashed before the ink is dry on the Governor’s signature. Blatantly unconstitutional.
at least we have the pizza (Modern!)
I think we know where this is going.
We all want this to be an April fools article, but it isn’t.
Since our courts no longer protect our Constitutional rights and freedoms, America is finished, kaput, gone.
This is getting really old…
The state of Connecticut’s new motto will be the Non Constitution State. We’re Commie now.
Well at least it looks they’ll be champs in basketball, so they’ve got that going for them.
Connecticut became a Communist Party major target in the 1990s or so despite having an operational front in the New Haven Peoples Center. Believe it was run by CP workhorse Al Marder of the CP front, Veterans of the Abraham Lincoln Brigade of the Spanish Civil War and CP Conn. leader Noelle Fishman.
See: www.keywiki.org for information on Rep. Rosa deLauro (D-Ct) for more information on the CP in Connecticut as she was one of the top CP sympathizers in Congress.
Much of the state has been on the decline since then. Used to visit it to see relatives in Bridgeport, Trumbull, etc.

Loathsome Lowell Weicker gave the Dems the keys to kingdom with the income tax. They promptly bought a permanent majority with public unions as the base. After the Reagan blow out in the 80s, I watched the slow unraveling of the state. The day I put Ct in my rearview was one of the happiest days of my life.
“at least we have the pizza (Modern!)
Modern is great, a good friend of mine has sent me frozen ones when we were in Pizza purgatory (Columbus, GA). I’m a Sally’s man myself, but Pepe’s is overrated, though venerable for historical reasons. I miss Angelo’s of North Haven, and Tolli’s of East Haven (R.I.P. Mr. Tolli was shot in a hold up). Best bacon pizza anywhere. Sorrento’s of Hamden was very good, too. I do not know if they still exist. Phoenix, AZ has lots of stuff for transplants, and I was able get my mitts on some Foxon Park Iron Brew.
If you like a good grinder, you must try Rosa’s in Wallingford. Sausage and Pepper, or Suppressata. Fantastic!”

The border states have the best Mexican food.
Is mere “tasty food” the direction our country should be taking?
We need a better compass than that!
That’s what Demoncrats are, now that they have bastardized “the vote” and no longer have to be accountable to the electorate.
If this passes I will gladly go to jail exercising my 1st Amendment all over Ned the Nebbish. And let's not forget that stolen valor rictus-puss, Blumenthal.
Bread and circuses for the 'tards.
A 5-4 board functions as a 5-0 board unless the GOP has the majority—in which case the uniparty dynamic kicks in and enough controlled opp RINOs flip as required.
“an individual’s right to be free from harassment”
There is the problem right there, a non-existent right based on feelings.
My brother has the family business in CT and he loves his customers, but the taxes are killing him. The town he lives in is still one of the few R towns in the Hartford area.
