Every one says MA is the most liberal state. I say CT is. Not even MA has banned plastic grocery bags or put deposits on bottled water or juices.

Just like NY, NJ, CA, VT, MA. These states are so beautiful geographically but the demonrat politics are horrendous.
We’re still captive in upstate NY but are eyeing Alabama or Mississippi which will probably be the last bastion of conservative values.
NY has banned all plastic grocery bags and won’t use paper either. You have to bring a reusable bag. Straws are about to be banned here as well. ONly a matter of time before they put deposits on juice bottles but they are already on soda and water.

No. It was saying the founders placed what became the 2nd directly adjacent to what became the 1st to intentionally convey to one and all the importance of the 2nd. A lot of people seem to believe that. Nothing of the sort happened. I’m just pointing that out.
