Former President Donald Trump’s first hearing will take place on April 4, a court spokesperson confirmed on Friday. Trump is set to appear at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday before New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, the spokesperson told The Epoch Times via email.
Merchan is the judge who oversaw the case of Allen Weisselberg, the former chief financial officer of the Trump Organization.
He’s just the arraignment judge right?
Kinda makes one think of Mueller and the 21 Dem attorneys that worked for him....and got paid.....MILLIONS.
It is not a coincidence, it’s just part of the attempt to railroad Trump.
What Trump needs to worry about more than the charges (which are complete BS) is the Judge throwing him in jail for contempt.

Remember, after somewhere around thirty million dollars and two years, Mueller couldn’t prove DJT violated ANY laws.
But, then again, he couldn’t prove DJT DIDN’T violate any laws either. So, technically, since Mueller couldn’t prove that DJT was innocent, then DJT must be guilty . . .
It seems odd to me that a NY Supreme Court judge, who also presided over another Trump case, would also be hearing this case.

Actually it isn’t odd, it’s the way our corrupt law system operates.
A perfect example is the Nixon “take down” called Watergate. Every defendant was initially run through the courtrooms of two judges.(Sirica & Gesell)
Folks, I read today that a big, peaceful, protest, in favor of Donald J. Trump will be held next week in New York City at the Court House where Trump will be arraigned!!! If this is so.....many Republicans, Democrats, & Independents will be present...I am told!!!
I do believe that Trump supporters from New York, New Jersey and other surrounding states will be there to offer Trump !00% support and backing.
