At best it’s breaking rumor or, more likely given the execrable source, breaking enemedia wishful thinking.
It is a crime with jail time for leakers. Everyone is = under the law. Prosecute the leakers. Gag orders and sealed indictments mean nothing.

The Federal Courts would intervene immediately with a ruling saying no state or municipality, nor thed Federal Government itself can stop a POTUS candidate from discussing the politicization of all levels of the judiciary.

Trump is a candidate for federal office who is under indictment. Placing a gag order on him is true election interference by the authoritarian party.
He should just ignore it and make New York jail him.

I suspect that the reason Georgia/Federal indictments haven’t been made is because these court cases are coordinated.
Gag orders will be staggered in a way that if one gag order is lifted another will be still in place.
They intend to prevent Trump from holding any rallies.
That means there should be a plan in place to continue the Trump rallies without Trump speaking.
It offers a unique opportunity, what if non-traditional speakers (You-tubers, streamers, or average Americans) were invited to speak in Trump’s place?
What if we hear the stories and troubles of average Americans as part of the revised Trump campaign. Make Trump 2024 an American citizen campaign?
The American citizens need to feel the 2024 in a deeply personal manner. They need to feel they are voting for themselves as much as voting for Trump.
Trump being (potentially silenced) offers a chance for a radially new form of campaigning, a campaign not about just a candidate but something showcasing the average American citizen themselves.
They will jail an innocent man and he cannot say anything about it...

Has the legality of a judge issuing a gag order to a defendant ever been ruled on by a court? Sounds like it is against the first amendment.
