His freedom to rant on Truth Social and say what he wants about his case at rallies will likely change once he surrenders and appears in a Manhattan courthouse, according to Duncan Levin, who is also a former federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice.
Manhattan's Acting Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, who is expected to arraign Trump on Tuesday, is likely to put conditions on his release, and that's "most likely" when the judge will issue a gag order, restricting Trump from discussing the case, Levin said. If Trump violates it by speaking about the litigation outside the courtroom, he could face consequences.

They can say WHATEVER they want, and leak all day long, and "seal" and "classify" things.

Any "gag order" should be openly defied by Trump.

Then, Trump will disobey it, because why can’t he spit on the law like our press, our Democrat vermin, and the rest of the talking turds? Shove it, because we’ve had it. the “consent of the governed” is now a meaningless phrase.
They want to try him in a kangaroo star chamber, but Trump can afford a $1,000 a day easily.
I doubt a $1,000 fine will deter him. And 30 days in jail for speaking up would just be his photo opportunity of a lifetime. Dems are digging a hole to China.
All they needed was to get him in front of a liberal judge in order to start issuing contempt charges, regardless of what he says or does.

The terms of bail will restrict Trump to FLA and keep him from campaigning. My fear is that is what is next.
The Supreme Court will have to get involved in this, and better sooner than later.
Or, he can just refuse to pay and then tie it all up in court for the duration
Gag order to stop him campaigning on what he is running on. Sure that’s constitutional.

Makes no sense that a defendant can’t speak his mind before trial. I don’t get the rationale.
