I heard that Bragg wanted Trump there TODAY and his lawyers said no, so we get the announced day and time of Tues/2:15pm so some lunatic can know when to go shoot him.

Yes, as I understand it Trumps lawyers can appeal it even going to court. I would think he could appeal to Feds on this one.
