She wrote the laws to specifically exclude congress and congress passed the laws with huge bipartisan majorities.
Everybody else in the country is breaking the law when they make huge profits trading on privileged information. But Nancy and the rest of congress is not. The law they wrote does not apply to them. Just the rest of us.
They will file a motion to vacate the indictment on so many valid grounds. They should appeal this all the way to the top if the motion isn’t granted.
This is all so wrong, and so ugly of our out of control statist govt.

Amazed me until I found it was true——as in the US arm of the Communist worldwide empire.

This reminds me of the swarm of litigation against Sarah Palin that drover her out of office as governor of Alaska. It is the main operative tactic against conservatives.
