She wrote the laws to specifically exclude congress and congress passed the laws with huge bipartisan majorities.
Everybody else in the country is breaking the law when they make huge profits trading on privileged information. But Nancy and the rest of congress is not. The law they wrote does not apply to them. Just the rest of us.
