lan Dershowitz says the indictment of Donald Trump is the “worst case of prosecutorial abuse I have ever seen.”>>>>

And this prosecutorial abuse is actionable as a federal civil case which Trumo could bring in Florida with The State of New York and Bragg personally ( not as AG) as defendants.

The tort is called “Misprison of Prosecution.”

And an injuction could be issued to stay the indictment and prosecution .

LOL! No.

What you are flailing about for is something called “malicious prosecution” not “misprision of prosecution.” Prosecutors and judges enjoy immunity so this is a non-starter here.

The Younger Abstention doctrine also complicates the rest of your supposed solution.

Would they do this?

I'd love to see Trump say "I am arriving in NYC on Monday at noon, join me for a walk to the court." I bet a million people would join him--a show of support and power.

I missed a few days here and there in law school due to illness. The day they taught “Misprison of Prosecution” must have been one of them. Malicious Prosecution is certainly a real cause of action, but a plaintiff winning a case like that almost never happens. Can’t get at the DA or judge personally; they have pretty thorough immunity.
