Actually it’s all one sided pseudo-justice now. Never goes for the right, only against.

Initially, it was reported they wouldn’t meet for the rest of the week or something like that. Why do I have a feeling they got orders to meet as a distraction to some other news story they wanted to hide, such as the politically incorrect shooter in Tennessee, or the insurrection at a few state capitals by the same demographic.

That has kind of been my thought as well. They need a distraction from the politically incorrect shooter in Nashville and the insurrections at I believe the Tennessee and Kentucky State houses so decided this would work.
MinorityRepublican has always been a liberal troll. He pretends to be conservative, but then always takes a weak, fallback position. Reminds me of another similar poster from years ago - GOPRealist. Notice their name also gives them away. “Minority” and “Realist”. Implying conservatives should be in the minority. And that his position (weak and accommodating) is the only realistic position for conservatives to take given the circumstances.
When does the protests start? 1...2...3...crickets. Now is the time to fill the streets of our capitol and NYC in protest!

I was 100% a DeSantis fan (In addition to being 150% behind Trump), but he shot himself in the foot with a howitzer. Associated himself with all the wrong RINOs, put his personal ambitions before his responsibility to his constituents, and then started spouting mealy-mouthed, focus group-approved pablum that only Karl Rove could love.
DeSantis was riding high as a governor but got greedy. He jumped the gun and threw in with the RINO establishment, derailing his presidential train in the process. Sadly, DeSantis revealed himself to be just another finger in the wind, self-serving politician, and forget 2024, he’ll be lucky if he can recover from this by 2028. It’s easy to destroy trust and hard to regain it.
