By the looks of my recommended movies on streaming sites I watch there is absolutely no shortage of movies with black people in them. All the streaming services apparently think I’m black for some reason, or they just recommend the same movies to everybody.

I have wondered about that. In watching TV advertisements it seems the percentage of black actors is well above percent of the published population - 13% - ditto that for movies on screen and TV.

I watched a couple of movies for the first time in years a couple nights ago. I was taken aback how juvenile and unbelievable they were. 90% of them all the play actors did was talk and pose for the cameras...It was soap opera like. What an utter waste of my time that was.
