You and Desperate Donald are very scared of the real conservative, Ron DeSantis. 61% of the American people don’t want Trump to become president again, and in 2024 the people will get what they want.
Lot of smoking guns in there. I like RDS in that he’s a good speaker who handles the media extremely well. But I don’t trust him to not be more of the same Rino GOPe.

But... he is not going to win the 2024 nomination and is going to lose a lot of blood in this fight. Every day that passes where he does not explicitly declare that he is not running makes the situation worse.
The dems are relishing the typical GOP circular firing squad exercise.
Now I’m not so sure the guy even has a chance in hell of winning a presidential election. I don’t think he campaigns well at all, he’s got all the charisma of an Ivy League lawyer on the campaign trail, and he comes across as a phony, manicured boob.

I bet Ron’s “real conservative” will disappear on the national stage and become more of a Bush style conservative.
Lip speak social values and neocon mix. Fair to say that getting socially conservative things passed on a national stage is quite difficult to say the least.
The Ukraine flip-flop was even worse than simply supporting the effort to get World War 3 started, as it showed to me that either DeSantis is controlled by the money-gubbers in the GOP, or DeSantis hasn’t even bothered to think about the issue (which is only the biggest issue of the past year). It’s just hard to think of how anyone, NOW, could flip 180 degrees on the issue, since it’s not like Ukraine got into the news only last week.

If Trump is unelectable and DeSantis doomed (and forgot Christie), are there no other conservatives with enough moxie to enter the race? Maybe there are but it’s too soon for them to jump in.
Rove would not mind if democrat won as long as Trump is not on the ticket.
They are taking out DeSantis because he fought back against election fraud.
