I used to think that as well until I realized that there really are not two different parties in America but a Deep State, Uniparty which carries out it interests by controlling Washington. They perpetuate unrest in the Middle East in general, and in Israel in particular as a matter of control and preservation of their power. If there was not a Middle East Confluct. They would have to invent one.
Same holds for the present conflict in Ukraine, and whenever China gets around to invading Taiwan, they’ll do it that way, too. To them, the problem with WW II was that it ended.
