Former Vice President Mike Pence has been ordered to appear before a grand jury weighing efforts to overturn the 2020 election, according to reports from multiple outlets on Tuesday, after a top federal judge ruled that executive privilege could not entirely shield him from answering questions.
The sealed order rejected former President Trump’s claims of executive privilege in special counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6, 2021, investigation, a sign that D.C. District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg may align with his predecessor in pushing Trump-era officials to cooperate with the probe.

I retorted by pretending to look at my phone and say that a Florida Grand Jury was requiring the NYC AG to testify. He asked for what. I replied that Bragg was under investigation in Florida. He was incensed.

I find this interesting.
Trump tried to have the electorial college question if the election was legitimate. That would play into the 100 plus Congress people that did the same. Then, that would force an investigation into the election...and by law...potentially force each state’s legislatures to appoint 2 voters.
Obviously, none of this happened because there was a clause on special rules in case of an emergency like say ‘an insurrection’ or ‘capital riot’. That would block the questioning of the election, and guarantee that Biden would be POTUS.
Now that we know that police and FBI were involved with the Jan 6th insurrection and “Initiating it” to prevent the legal process? Or is this just another Trump witch hunt?
Oh wait, the special prosecutor was appointed via the Biden Administration....so witch hunt.
