No, I don't think so. I think she was a female-to-male tranny, possibly in the early or middle stages of the transition. (A lot of them only go 1/2 way and stop).
SHE was born a female with normal XY genes and then later decided that she wanted to be HE.
Her Given Name was Audrey Hale, she/(he) was still using it but also sometimes used the male name Aiden Hale
Her Instragram post has the pronouns listed as "he / him".
Doesn't this look more like a girl pretending to be a boy than vice versa?
This is how a lot of them start, just dressing in a manly way, then after a while they start to really get into it, pick a new name (more manly) and maybe start the drugs.
The F2M-type is rarer than the usual M2F-type transvestites we hear about but they are out there.
The police, just reporting on what they found at scene called it based on the obvious biology of the corpse in front of them: she has a vagina, she is a woman.
We only are learning about the F2M-type tranny stuff now, when people are finding her social posts like the one I posted previously showing her pro-nouns.
