Humza Yousaf has been elected as the leader of the Scottish National Party and is set to become the first Muslim and Asian to occupy the highest position.
The 37-year-old emerged as the new first minister triumphing over his rivals Kate Forbes and Ash Regan to replace Nicola Sturgeon.
Sky News reported Monday that Yousaf, the Cabinet Health Minister emerged following a boisterous campaign that exposed deep divisions in the party that has dominated Scottish politics under his predecessor.

A hundred years ago South Asia was ruled by the Brits. Now all of the British Isles are run by a bunch of South Asians.

Sure they did. England green-lighted Hitler's ambition to seize the rest of the European mainland when they conceded to his ambitions to annex the Sudetenland. Next they sat on their bums and did nothing when Hitler seized Austria without firing a shot, and then annexed the better part of Czechoslovakia.
The English had done exactly Sweet Fanny Adams to stop him while all this was going on, so Hitler figured Whitehall also would be okay with him taking Poland.
That was when the fur flew, but it would never have got that far if the Limeys hadn't played the role of "Candy Ass" so convincingly.
